Started his collegiate journey for Harvard for three seasons where he saw action in all 10 games his redshirt sophomore season before transferring to North Carolina for his final two seasons of collegiate eligibility where he started all 26 games on the offensive line and was named Honorable Mention All-ACC and a William V. Campbell Trophy Semifinalist in his final season.
